eMBODY verb  em·body  \im-ˈbä-dē\ | Embodiment is an ongoing practice that cannot be measured nor easily defined.  Embodiment practice in a BMC context is a practice of exploration, discovery, sensing, feeling, moving, stillness, awareness, forgetting, and being.  

Bodhi in Sanskrit: बोधि; and Pali |  in Buddhism is the understanding possessed by a Buddha regarding the true nature of things. traditionally translated into English with the word enlightenment, although its literal meaning is closer to "awakening." The verbal root "budh" means to awaken.

laura  facilitates yoga, dance, meditation and Thai yoga massage in studios, retreats and festivals within Australia and Internationally. Being intrigued by the experiential anatomy of our bodies and timeless yogic concepts, her classes and treatments will guide you on a poetic journey with your breath, body and heart.

Laura offers public yoga classes, as well as personalised private sessions to suit your individual needs and goals. Whether you're after a modified practice, or your a yoga teacher/teacher trainee looking for some mentoring, laura can work with you on your path to health and vitality!

Laura draws on her background in community development and as a dancer and mover, weaving life and practice into a richness of creativity, connection and transformation.
Above all, she is dedicated to love, self-empowerment, inspiration, service, and connection.
