Laura is an accredited yoga facilitator and chakradance(TM) dancer, performer, life student of yoga anthropologist and people connector. A creative embodiment wellness coach, specialising in guiding people to connect with their bodies and selves. Utilising movement therapy to access inner wisdom and outer creative expression enabling people to reach their full potential and live in complete harmony in body, mind and spirit.
