What is yoga to me?
Yoga is inner peace, stillness and movement, freedom and release.
Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind, the breath and the soul. Yoga is creating space free from obstacles in your own body to live. I am here to help others find this release so that they can comfortable and competently move their bodies through life.
Yoga is my favourite way of connecting to my self and to a high universal self that is without dogma, rules and through my own embodied experience. Allowing me to consciously looks at uncomfortable parts of myself, understand myself and my habitual body-mind patterns and to find self-acceptance, transformation and healing.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and more courageous, both on and off the mat. Yoga has taught me find acceptance, ease and provided tools for my daily life to live with more presence, awareness, action and joy.

Private Yoga Lessons
Yoga can be dynamic, restorative, fluid or simply a mental practice. I can build a personalised yoga program according to your lifestyle, your body and needs. I can work around specific asana groups, breakdown postures and correct your form. The program can include yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath control), meditation, body awareness and the energetics aspects of yoga. If desired or needed I can incorporate pilates , thai yoga massage or energy work into our session.
I offer coroporate, small groups and private one on one sessions.
